Hi, I'm Tom Barlow - Founder of BIM.Supply.

I grew up in Northern England and found my way into construction at 16 as an apprentice bricklayer. That hands-on start gave me something no classroom could — a real feel for how buildings
actually come together on site, and the coordinated effort that’s required.

From there, I ventured into academia, earning a Master's in Architecture and then a Master's in Structural Engineering. Between swinging a trowel and mastering the theory, I've built up
a pretty rare perspective on construction — one that spans the full journey from the first sketch on a page to the last brick in the wall.

Throughout my career in construction, BIM has been a passion of mine — Revit in particular. I've worked in both architectural and structural roles, which has taken me from the UK across Central Europe and the Middle East, to the USA, and, most recently, here in Vancouver, Canada.

BIM.Supply grew out of that journey — built on the belief that better processes and pricing model can genuinely change how we deliver information in construction.
