We specialize in interpreting design intent from hand sketches, PDFs, or schematic layouts — transforming them into coordinated digital models that are ready for design development, visualization, and documentation. (Models will be complete to BIM Forum LOD 300 Standard unless requested otherwise - See Level of Development (LOD) Specification – BIM Forum)

• Revit model built from sketches, markups, or schematic drawings

• Accurate dimensions, materials, and spatial relationships

• File setup optimized for continued design or coordination

• If you wish to upgrade the model to a higher level of detail, then you only pay the difference! 
• Sheet set-up and detail drafting sold separately
• BIM.Supply retains the right to determine what constitutes a minor/major scope change
• All changes beyond the scope outlined above will be charged at our hourly rate
