100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full satisfaction guarantee for 14 days from the date of purchase or service activation. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason within this window, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase or service start date.
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
- The request must come from the account holder or an authorized representative.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@bim.supply or through your account portal.
- Include your order number, account email, and a brief description of your concern.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Outside the 14-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee approval for late requests, but we encourage you to reach out — we're committed to finding a fair resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services consumed or delivered in full prior to the refund request
- Add-ons or third-party integrations billed separately
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
